Auditorium

SFIMAR houses an auditorium with a seating capacity of 600 Paxs. The auditorium is acoustically designed and used for assemblies and various functions.

Bank

An Extension counter of Catholic Syrian Bank (CSB) is functioning inside the campus. Arrangements have been made with the bank to receive the college and hostel fees. In addition, it also provides other banking facilities to staff & students.

Cafeteria

A cafeteria maintaining high level of hygiene is functioning inside the campus for providing quality-catering facilities for the students and staff at moderate rates.

Career Management Center

The Career Management Center (CMC) is the liaison between our highly diverse talent pool of students; alumni and employers who benefit from their expertise. The center caters to career services needs of students, alumni and employers. CMC provides students and alumni with a wide range of personalized services, including help with individual career planning, clarifying career directions, resume writing and interview preparation. We plan workshops, panel discussions, networking events specific to all phases of the career search. Some of the services offered to students through CMC:

Center of Excellence

The Centre of Excellence provides a forum where knowledge and understanding of business can be exchanged between the academic and the corporate worlds. This constant exchange provides a theoretical, empirical, and practical foundation for an informed study of emerging markets. The knowledge generated provides insights to vital businesses with global ambitions.

Classroom

The classrooms are air-conditioned and very spacious. They are specially designed for participative learning and are equipped with all the necessary audio-visual facilities such as microphones, LCD projector, speakers etc. Computer System is available in each of the classrooms and is effectively used as a teaching aid.

Computer Center

SFIMAR is equipped with state-of-art computing facilities to complement classroom pedagogy. In its various laboratories SFIMAR has about 200 workstations with various licensed platforms. All the hostel rooms, classrooms and offices are equipped with internet facility. Lectures are typically augmented by multimedia.

Conference Room

Institute has 3 well equipped conference rooms for conducting various corporate MDP’s, Seminars & Discussions. The seating capacity varies from 25-40 respectively.

Counselling Center

SFIMAR runs a counselling center for the benefit of the students. The counsellor is certified with distinct qualifications and skills to address all the academics, personal and career development needs of the students.

Fitness Center

The well equipped fitness center is available in the campus with all latest equipments thus taking care of the physical well being of the students and staff members.

Hostel

A Home Away From Home…. The well furnished hostel building is equipped with all the modern amenities for the out- station students to help them feel at home and concentrate on their studies with 24X7 high speed wireless LAN connections (Wi-Fi facility). Institue has also provided lockers for all the students to keep their Valuables & Baggage.

Learning & Information Resource Center (LIRC)

The main objective of SFIMAR’s LIRC is to provide information support to Teaching, Research, Consultancy and Learning and also providing open access facility to the users. SFIMAR has institutional membership in a number of libraries like American Central Library, British Council Library etc. LIRC has developed institutional repository, using open source software i.e. DSPACE.
LIRC has deployed the best cutting edge technology to create customer delight in every transaction- it is wi-fi enabled so that resources / products can be accessed anywhere and at anytime within the campus. Through its various services and information products for various user groups LIRC has proactively met the changing needs of our community.

Recreation Center

Facilities for various indoor games like Chess, Carrom, Table Tennis and outdoor games like Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, Throw ball, Foot ball etc are available in campus. Games and leisure activities are encouraged to support the development of a healthy mind in a healthy body. Annual competitions are conducted for sports and cultural activities in the academic community of the establishment.

Research & Consultancy Center

The Research & Extension Center of SFIMAR, besides providing administrative assistance that facilitates research related activity in the Institute, also documents the status of research projects and maintains an updated list of faculty publications. The Center publishes all the research activities of SFIMAR through its bi-annual Research Journal.

Wi-Fi Enabled Campus

SFIMAR campus is a blend of tradition and technology. The lush green wide spaces and peaceful surroundings create an ideal atmosphere for learning. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled giving the students 24X7 access to internet facilities. The campus includes a hostel and cafeteria. The main building consists of 3 floors which include a Library, Computer Centre, Systems Laboratory, Auditorium, Career Management Center, Recreational facility, Counselling Cell,Center for Excellence, Research & Consultancy Centre and Classrooms.
